It’s simply stated we wouldn’t have gotten our dream home without the help and guidance of John Rudy. In a highly competitive market with numerous offers, John skillfully crafted a foolproof plan for our bid. While they say finding and securing your ideal home requires ample time and luck, encountering John Rudy during our house hunt was nothing short of extraordinary luck. Without his expertise, we wouldn’t have made it to our dream home.
I typically do not write a review for anyone, but the outstanding service I received from our Realtor John Rudy calls for an exception. John focused on my needs throughout the entire sales process and kept me informed every step of the way. He genuinely cared about getting to know us and understanding our specific situation. John was 100% professional at all times. He spent time educating us on the market and the sales process, he was patient with our requests, and he was a great negotiator! John was very knowledgeable about the market and the process. Communication was very thorough. He was able to negotiate our offer with next to zero requested repair cost, bargained and negotiated the termite work to be lower than originally quoted, and went out of his way to make sure the deal was done efficiently and effectively.

I would give 10 stars if I could. If you’re looking for your dream home, please look to John for help. My girlfriend and I met John this September (2020) when we found a mobile home he listed. I hadn’t purchased a home in nearly 25 years, so I was nervous about the process and had a ton of questions. John was very attentive and kind throughout the entire process. Call John! You will not be disappointed!

John was very helpful and worked at my speed to buy the right property. He answered all of my many questions as a first time home buyer and knows the Belmont Heights/Belmont Shore/Long Beach area very well. I had a wonderful experience working with him and appreciated his expert guidance.
5 stars is far too low for John. We have over the last year or so interacted with a number of realtors. Even though some seemed good, none of them had the ability (or cared enough) to do a fraction of what John did for us. It is our duty to write a platinum review for him.
